1. Delivery Information
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard and express shipping through Fedex, UPS and DHL Freight.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.
International Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery times may vary for international orders.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided link or by visiting our website's tracking page.
3. Returns Policy
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, personalised products, and intimate or sanitary items.
Return Process:

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Refunds
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@homehausdistribution.com for assistance.
